Kanye West Changes the Name of His New Album 2 Weeks To Release

Yes, you’ve heard this one before. Kanye West has once again changed the title of his forthcoming album.

Originally, in March 2015, it was supposed to be called So Help Me God, before he changed it to Swish two months later. Now, the rapper’s decided to call it Waves.

To be fair to Yeezy, he did tweet last summer that he “might change it again” – but given the record is out in about two weeks, this is pretty late notice…

Kanye also posted an update of the tracklist, which hints at the involvement of A$AP Rocky, The-Dream and Swizz Beatz :

He made a typically bold claim earlier in the day, tweeting with what was probably a very straight face: “This is not album of the year. This is album of the life.”

Waves was finally confirmed for release on February 11 just a few weeks ago – after more than a year of speculation about its progress.Kanye West Changes the Name of His New Album. Again.
