The controversial singer has directed her latest criticism at Rihanna, after the pop-star released the music video for her brand new track Work on Monday night. The track, which features on Rihanna’s new critically-acclaimed album Anti, features Riri getting hot and heady with Canadian rapper and ex-boyfriend Drake, as the duo get steamy in not one but two separate video clips.
“Work video reminds me of Baby Boy video with Sean Paul except not as fly,” Banks tweeted after the video’s release, referring to Beyonce’s hit song from 2002.
Banks later deleted the tweet, perhaps in a bid to avoid a Twitter feud with Rihanna. “Me watching the mediocrity that is the music industry 2016,” she later tweeted, alongside a photo of a clearly unamused woman smoking a cigarette.
“Music is honestly so f—king trash and boring,” Banks wrote. “Let’s start a f—king beef and make s—t interesting. All these f—king pill popping divas doing the LEAST and the s—t is boring. Get these hoes a coffee and a pair of boxing gloves.”
